อยู่ต่างแดน เจอมะละกอลูกใหญ่แต่กินไม่หมด จะเก็บยังไงให้สด กรอบ แซ่บได้นาน? มาดูวิธีกัน!
1. แบ่งเป็นส่วน ๆ ก่อนเลย!
สำหรับ ตำส้มตำ หั่นเป็นเส้น ใส่กล่องปิดฝาให้แน่น แช่ตู้เย็นช่องธรรมดา เก็บได้ 4-5 วัน
สำหรับ แกงส้ม/ต้ม หั่นเป็นชิ้น ๆ ใส่ถุงซิปล็อกหรือกล่อง เก็บช่องแข็ง อยู่ได้ เป็นเดือน
มะละกอสุก หั่นเป็นชิ้น ใส่กล่องแช่เย็นไว้กินสด หรือใส่ช่องแข็งทำสมูทตี้ก็เลิศ!
2. เทคนิคเก็บให้สดนาน
แช่น้ำเย็นจัดก่อนเก็บ ช่วยให้มะละกอกรอบนานขึ้น
ใช้กระดาษทิชชู่ซับน้ำก่อนแช่ ลดความชื้น ไม่ให้เน่าไว

Divide it into portions:
For Som Tum (Papaya Salad): Slice it into strips, put it in an airtight container, and store it in the regular fridge. It’ll last for 4-5 days.
For Tom Yum Soup / Curry: Cut it into chunks, put it in a ziplock bag or container, and freeze it. It’ll stay good for months.
For Ripe Papaya: Cut it into pieces, store it in a container in the fridge for fresh eating, or freeze it for smoothies!
Tips to keep it fresh longer:
Soak it in cold water before storing to help keep it crunchy longer.
Use a paper towel to absorb excess moisture before storing to prevent it from spoiling quickly.
For the freezer, make sure to use a ziplock bag to prevent the papaya from getting dry or too frozen.
